Evelyn L. Blaylock, 85, of Fort Payne, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022. She was born March 12, 1936 in Clay County, Alabama to the late Ulus G. and Alice Nimon Latham. She was retired from Walmart. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 24th at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Clifton Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Fuller Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the 2 p.m. hour of service. The family is accepting flowers or memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes. She is survived by her daughters Renee Westmoreland and husband Steve, Regina Frazer and husband Chuck, Robin Stalvey and husband Scott, and Ramona Brown and husband Sandy; grandchildren Kelly Simpson and husband Mark, Chelsea Donathan and husband Rhett, Caleb Stalvey, and Olivia Brown; great-grandchildren Nathan Simpson and Natalie Simpson; and brother Edward Latham and wife Annie. She was preceded in death by her daughter Rhonda Kay Blaylock, brother Gerald Latham, and sisters Janice Latham, Verna Abney, and Ruby Johnson.
