Willie Hunt, Jr. age 72, of Fort Payne, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at his home. He was born on September 25, 1949 to the late Willie Sr. and Gertrude Burt Hunt in Buffalo, NY. He was a retired Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie J. Hunt; son, Willie D. “Doug” Hunt (Mandy); step-son, Brian Eberhart; step-daughters, Olivia Wilks and Jessica Wilborn; sisters, Charlene Smith, Betty Lou Bailey, Peachie Middlebrooks, and Barbara Harris; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; first wife, Gayle Hunt; and several nieces and nephews. There are no services planned at this time. Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
